- Application Form for New Admission is available from 9th Magh 2082 (23rd January 2026) at the school office counter. Rs. 250.00.
- Time: 9.30 am to 4.00 pm (except Saturday and public holiday)

Submission of the Application Form
- The duly filled in Application Form, with the required documents attached, is to be submitted to the School Office within 10 days.

Oral Interaction and Written Test
The date and time for the oral interaction and written test (only for Class II) will be communicated to you at the time of submission of the application form. The candidate must be accompanied by the parents for the oral interaction.
आवेदन फारम पेस गर्दा मौखिक अन्तर्क्रिया र लिखित परीक्षण (कक्षा II को लागि मात्र) को मिति र समय तपाईंलाई जानकारी गराइनेछ। मौखिक अन्तर्क्रिया लागि अभिभावकको उपस्थिति अनिवार्य छ।

Result of Oral Interaction
- The results (list of selected candidates) will be published within 3 days after the oral interaction and written test.
- Admission forms will be available at the school office only for selected candidates for 15 days after the publication of the list of selected candidates.

- नतिजा (चयन भएका उम्मेदवारहरूको सूची) मौखिक अन्तर्क्रिया र लिखित परीक्षणपछि ३ दिन भित्र प्रकाशित हुनेछ।

Submission of Admission Form and Admission Fee
- The Admission Fee for Admission has to be submitted at the time of the submission of the Admission Form within 15 days after receiving the Admission Form from the School Office.
- Time: 9.30 am to 4.00 pm (except Saturdays and public holidays)
Documents Required:
- 1.Passed result of previous class if applicable (Photocopy or original)
- 2.Date of birth certificate (1 Photocopy) – DOB not to be changed later.
- 3.Passport size photos (3 copies)
- 4.A postcard-sized photo of the candidate/child with their parents.
- 5.Transfer certificate / Student's Registration Number or any other similar document (Original) – Compulsory for Admission for Class II onward

The Annual/Yearly fee must be deposited at the beginning of the scholastic year 2083.

Computer practical classes will be compulsory for class I onwards.
Students from Class IV onwards will have access to teaching instruction through the Smart Board on alternate weeks or alternate days. (From Nursery if required)
Tuition fees cover twelve months and are to be paid on or before the 10th of the following month (e.g., Baishakh by Jesth 10th). Failure to comply will result in a fine of Rs. 50 for each month of delay. The fine will increase cumulatively for every additional month of delay. Fees once deposited will not be refunded in the case of transfer from the school.
All dues must be cleared seven days before each terminal examination; otherwise, the student may not be permitted to appear for the term examination.
Fees for the last two months, Falgun and Chaitra, are to be paid together by Chaitra 10th before the closing of the academic year.
The school reserves the right to increase fees at any time during the year if deemed necessary. A 9% annual increase in tuition fees or other charges is normal.

- ट्यूशन शुल्क बाह्र महिनाको समावेश गरिएको छ र यो अर्को महिनाको १० गते भित्र तिर्नु पर्नेछ (जस्तै, वैशाखको शुल्क जेष्ठ १० गतेसम्म)। गर्न असफल भएमा भएको प्रत्येक महिनाका लागि रु. ५० जरिवाना लाग्नेछ।
- प्रत्येक परीक्षा अघिको सात दिन भित्र सबै दायित्वहरू पूरा गर्नुपर्छ; अन्यथा, विद्यार्थीलाई परीक्षामा सहभागी गराउन असमर्थ हुन सकिनेछ।
- फागुन र चैतको अन्तिम दुई महिनाको शुल्क चैत १० गतेसम्म शैक्षिक वर्षको समाप्ती अघि एकसाथ तिर्नु पर्नेछ।
- विद्यालयले वर्षभरि आवश्यक भएमा कुनै पनि समयमा शुल्क वृद्धि गर्न अधिकार राख्दछ। ट्यूशन शुल्क वा अन्य शुल्कमा वार्षिक ९% वृद्धि सामान्य रहनेछ।

Transport Service
The school bus is available only for limited pick-up and drop-off points and will be provided only if there is vacant space on the bus.
विद्यालय बस केवल सीमित पिक-अप र ड्रप-अफ ठानहरूको लागि उपलब्ध छ र यो तब मात्र प्रदान गरिनेछ जब बसमा खाली ठाउँ हुनेछ।
Bus Fees cover twelve months and are to be paid monthly before the 10th of the following month (e.g., Baishakh by Jesth 10th). Failure to comply will result in a fine of Rs. 50 for each month of delay.

Note (NB)
In the event that the school is unable to provide transportation facilities for students, parents will be responsible for arranging their child's daily transport to and from the school. Parents are advised to ensure that proper transportation arrangements are in place before admitting their child, as the school will not be responsible for transportation after admission.

Selection
The Principal is the authority in all admission matters, and his decision is final. The school authorities are not obliged to disclose the reasons for admission or rejection.
